Food Truck? Are you sure? The first bite makes you think you are in a top notch BBQ Restaurant. It is delicious. I ordered the 3 meat plate - ribs, brisket & links with cabbage and broccoli for sides.
Food Review:
5 large ribs - perfectly smoked, tender and drizzled with a sweet & tangy bbq sauce ( the sauce tastes homemade). Sooo good!
8 large pieces of links - grilled to perfection, covered in a sweet and tangy bbq sauce. Yum!
1/2 cup of brisket - fork tender, balanced smoke flavor drizzled with a sweet and tangy bbq sauce. Delicious!
Broccoli & Cheese - authentic recipe. Broccoli very tender with cheese flavor not cheese sauce, right amount of spice. My Favorite......kind of LOL
Smoked Cabbage - it's not just the name! The smoke flavor can be tasted in every bite. Oh my goodness. Now this is my real favorite.

Brisket, ribs and sausage! Very tender and delicious. Everyone at the party was giving a thumbs up! Loved the potato and coleslaw sides too! Highly recommend!!
